About The Founder

The company was founded by Dr. Abdulmohsen bin Zaid bin Abdulaziz Al Massad. He holds a doctorate (PhD/LL.D) from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary. The PhD/LL.D research was in financial transactions and how to fulfill them in the capital market and financial institutions as well as the judiciary.

Before that, he obtained a master’s degree (LL.M) at the Higher Instituteof the Judiciary, and before that he obtained a (B.A/LL.B) in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University.
