Dr. Abdulmohsen bin Zaid bin Abdulaziz Al Massad

The company was founded by Dr. Abdulmohsen bin Zaid bin Abdulaziz Al Massad. He holds a doctorate (PhD/LL.D) from the Higher Institute of the Judiciary. The PhO/LL.D research was in financial transactions and how to fulfill them in the capital market and financial institutions as well as the judiciary. Before that, he obtained a master's degree (LL.M) at the Higher Institute of the Judiciary, and before that he obtained a (B.A/LL.BJ in Sharia from Imam Muhammad bin Saud Islamic University. This is in relation to his academic qualification.

As for Dr. Abdulmosen bin Zaid Al Mussad's professional career which lasted more than twenty years at the Ministry of Justice, during which he was appointed as an advisor to the Minister of Justice, and after that he became the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Justice for Judicial Affairs for seven years, during which time he was assigned to handle the Agency of Ministry of Justice for Authentication Affairs until he ended his career with the rank equivalent to the excellent rank in the year 1438H.

Then he became a lawyer and notary licensed by the Ministry of Justice, an experienced arbitrator, and a member of several Sharia committees for registered financial institutions with the Capital Market Authority. He formed a working group consisting of elite highly qualified professional cadres in qualitative legal fields.
